Terms of return and exchange
You can return or exchange goods of proper or improper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The goods must be complete, without traces of use and in their original condition (packaging, labels).
Return shipping costs:
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the MILITARPORTAL store pays for the shipping.
If the goods are of proper quality, but do not fit in size or for other personal reasons, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Refunds are made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the goods back, using the same method of payment.
