Made of PolyCotton Rip-Stop fabric—a blend of cotton and polyester. The Rip-Stop weave increases the material’s resistance to mechanical damage such as abrasion or tearing. PolyCotton Rip-Stop fabric (60% cotton, 40% polyester) is highly durable, lighter than 100% cotton, and dries faster—making the hat especially practical in the field.

The circumference can be easily adjusted with a drawcord, ensuring a stable fit on the head. A Velcro panel is placed on top of the hat, allowing you to attach patches such as a national flag, unit emblem, or morale patch. Just above the brim, a tape band is sewn in, useful for attaching small items like insect repellent or camouflage accessories.

The ventilation system is based on covered channels with mesh that lead to the top of the hat, which significantly improves air circulation compared to traditional vents. Comfort is enhanced by a sweatband on the forehead, which effectively reduces sweat accumulation.
